Q: When are my SNAP benefits available?
A: SNAP Benefits are issued based on the last digit of your Office of Public Assistance case number. SNAP benefits are available according to the schedule below, even if it’s a weekend or holiday. New benefits are added to your existing balance. If a new application is approved midmonth, benefits are available the next day.
Case number ends with: Benefits are available:
0 or 1 2nd of Month
2 or 3 3rd of Month
4 or 5 4th of Month
6 or 7 5th of Month
8 or 9 6th of Month

Q: When are my TANF benefits available?
A: TANF cash assistance benefits are available on the 1st of each month. If a new TANF application is approved midmonth, cash assistance benefits are usually available the following day.

A: If your benefits are not on your card please contact your Case Manager at the Office of Public Assistance.

A: This can be done easily by selecting "Different Card" again. It will automatically remove the stored card number.
